Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 27/Aug/2026 | Last Updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Superb Travel & Cruise website, superbtc.com (the “Site”), and any cruise, flight, hotel, car rental, or vacation booking services arranged through Superb Travel & Cruise (“Superb Travel & Cruise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting a booking form, or otherwise engaging our services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Guest”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Our Services
Superb Travel & Cruise acts as a travel agency that arranges cruise, flight, hotel, car rental, and vacation bookings on behalf of Guests through third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and insurance providers (collectively, “Suppliers”). We provide search tools for round trip, one-way, and multi-city flights, preferred airline and direct flight options, and cruise destination information. We do not own or operate any cruise ship, aircraft, hotel, or vehicle; all travel services are ultimately provided by the relevant Supplier and are subject to that Supplier’s own terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms.
2. Booking Process
a. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is made, we will provide a booking confirmation and related documents. It is your responsibility to review your booking confirmation and all related documents carefully to ensure that your cruise, flight, hotel, or car information is correct. Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
b. Completing the Booking Form
You must complete all required information on the booking form accurately and return it within the specified time to expedite processing. We recommend that you keep a copy of your completed booking form for your own records.
c. Payment
Payments are payable to Superb Travel & Cruise and may be made by check, credit card, debit card, or money order. Full or deposit payment, as applicable, is required to confirm your booking. Prices quoted are subject to change until payment is received and the booking is confirmed by the relevant Supplier. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer in connection with your payment.
3. Travel Documents and Identification
All passengers are required to have proof of identification and a boarding pass before boarding a cruise ship or flight. Acceptable forms of identification may include:
- Certified copy of a birth certificate
- Government-issued photo ID
- State-issued identification card
- State-issued driver’s license
- Valid U.S. passport
For information about obtaining or renewing a U.S. passport, visit the U.S. Department of State Passport website (travel.state.gov) or your local Post Office. These identification requirements apply to all guests aged 16 and older. It is your responsibility to verify the specific documentation requirements for your cruise, flight, or destination before traveling. Superb Travel & Cruise is not responsible for denied boarding resulting from missing or inadequate travel documents.
4. Cruise Line and Supplier Mobile Apps
Most cruise lines recommend downloading their official app from the App Store or Google Play Store. After registering, passengers can access booking information, travel documents, boarding passes, luggage tags, cruise updates, and other scheduling information. These apps are owned and operated by the applicable cruise line or Supplier, not by Superb Travel & Cruise, and your use of them is governed by that Supplier’s own terms and privacy policy.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended for all passengers to protect your trip and investment from unexpected events such as trip cancellations, delays, lost luggage, or medical emergencies. If you decline travel insurance, you accept responsibility for any losses that insurance coverage might otherwise have addressed. Any travel insurance policy is a separate contract between you and the insurance provider and is subject to that provider’s own terms, conditions, and exclusions.
6. Medical Information and Special Accommodations
If you have any special medical needs, dietary requirements, mobility concerns, or other health-related accommodations, you must inform your travel agent before your cruise or trip. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate your needs to the relevant Supplier so that appropriate crew members or staff can be prepared to assist you; however, the ultimate provision of accommodations is at the discretion and capability of the Supplier. Planning ahead helps ensure a safer, more comfortable, and enjoyable travel experience. Superb Travel & Cruise is not liable for a Supplier’s inability to accommodate a specific medical, dietary, or mobility request.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your booking, any refund due will be issued in accordance with the applicable Supplier’s cancellation policy, which may include non-refundable amounts or cancellation fees. Refunds will be mailed to you only after all transactions and reconciliations have been completed with the cruise line or other Supplier. Refund processing times are determined by the Supplier and are outside our control. Travel insurance, where purchased, may cover cancellation-related losses not otherwise refundable.
8. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change a confirmed booking (such as travel dates, cabin category, or passenger names) are subject to the applicable Supplier’s change policy and may incur additional fees or fare differences. We will assist in submitting change requests but cannot guarantee that a Supplier will accommodate them.
9. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information on all booking and identification forms
- Arrive with valid, acceptable identification and required travel documents
- Comply with all Supplier rules, including check-in deadlines, boarding requirements, and onboard conduct policies
- Obtain any visas, health documentation, or entry requirements applicable to your itinerary
- Promptly review booking confirmations and notify us of any errors
10. Limitation of Liability
Superb Travel & Cruise acts solely as a booking agent for Suppliers and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or negligence of any Supplier, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, or insurance providers. We are not liable for denied boarding due to inadequate identification, missed connections, lost or delayed luggage, injury, illness, or other loss arising from services provided by a Supplier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the service fees paid directly to Superb Travel & Cruise.
11. Use of Our Website
You agree to use superbtc.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. 12. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information, including identification, payment, and medical information you provide in connection with a booking, is described in our separate Privacy Policy, available at superbtc.com/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia, except where a Supplier’s own terms specify a different forum for disputes relating to that Supplier’s services.
